When you feel curious
Next steps
Counselling, coaching and talking therapy may not be for everyone. But something has led you to this website, and you are curious. I invite you to get in touch for a no pressure consultation conversation, or to book one session to learn more.
Who knows, this could be the healthy change you are looking for in your life now.
“It’s about doing something that is meaningful to you that brings value to others. That’s how you build a legacy.”
Contact
Counselling offers significant benefits to your physical health by supporting your personal growth and deepening your understanding of the mind, those thoughts that impact your body. Caring for your mind is just as vital as treating visible wounds, though mental wounds are often invisible and hidden from view.
If you’re curious and ready to begin therapy to explore these unseen thoughts, I would love to hear from you. You can contact me by booking a 15 minute consultation call, or go straight to booking a session.
Location
For in person sessions, I am based in North West London, Harrow, HA1. I also offer online video and telephone sessions for your convenience.
Fee
My fee is £95 per session. Each session lasts 50 minutes and will be scheduled at a time and day that suits you. I offer both short term and long term therapy, depending on your availability and your emotional and financial capacity to attend sessions.
- Short term therapy: focused on immediate concerns such as managing stress and anxiety, burnout, anger management, unhelpful thoughts, relationship issues, family or work conflicts, overthinking, and feelings of worry.
- Long term therapy: deeper work on the unconscious, complex thought patterns and behaviours that may be influenced by family or cultural heritage. These patterns can unknowingly cause stress, anxiety, emotional trauma or long standing depression.
Privacy notice
I receive many enquiries via email or text from potential clients. The details provided during these enquiries will be retained for six months unless therapy begins. Once therapy starts, all correspondence will be securely stored in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) framework for client confidentiality and data handling.
Personal details will not be used for marketing purposes. Only basic, relevant information will be used for professional development, supervision and therapeutic intervention, as part of my ongoing professional growth. In cases where there is a risk to yourself or others, this will be addressed in the counselling contract agreement.
